Frederika Milano shipments are handled by French national carrier Chronopost.

For worldwide shipments, your local carrier will take over to ensure the delivery. We apply the following shipping policy : 

• Throughout the whole shipping process, you’ll receive notification emails to inform you of your shipment’s progress.  

• The shipping process will take 1-2 business days (excluding peak periods, sales, and holidays.) 

• All of our orders are processed during business days (Monday through Friday). 

• You’ll have the ability to track your order by using the link sent to you via email once your order has been processed.
